Qualifications
- Minimum of a Diploma in Community
- Development, Social Work or related field
- Proven passion for working with groups, cooperatives or community based organizations
- Basic understanding of savings groups operation
- Tech-savvy with the ability to demonstrate mobile and web applications
- Self-driven, goal-oriented and comfortable working on a com-mission based structure
