Job Summary
Nawiri African Sprouts (NAS) Limited is looking for dynamic, self-driven and results oriented individuals with demonstrated skills in the microfinance sector to fill the position of Branch Operations Supervisor. (BOS)across its branches in the Coast, Eastern and Central Kenya regions.
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma
- Experience Level: Mid level
- Experience Length: 1 year
Job Description/Requirements
The role entails;
· Build and maintain a quality Portfolio
· Analyzing risk
· Manage customer files, monitor credit granting and updating process
· Supervise, advise and mentor branch staff
· Management of cash flow and petty cash
· Visit, appraise customers and conduct spot checks to assess client credit worthiness
· Ensure consistent application of the credit/company policy
· Act on customer feedback and customer complaints
· Advise management on policy & product changes
· General office management

- · Have a proven managerial/supervisory skill, with at least one-year experience in middle level management.
· Have a diploma/degree from a recognized institution
· Proficiency in basic computers
· Have a demonstrated high standard of professional competency
