Job summary

This is not a typical PA, receptionist, or administrative role. We are looking for an individual who can serve as an extension of the CEO, confidently engaging clients, coordinating teams, driving business development, supporting operations, and ensuring the smooth running of the company in the CEO’s absence.

Job descriptions & requirements

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the CEO in daily operations and strategic initiatives.
  2. Manage client relationships and business development opportunities.
  3. Coordinate and oversee office operations across departments.
  4. Follow up on projects, proposals, quotations, invoices, and client communications.
  5. Manage brand visibility, social media engagement, and public relations.
  6. Coordinate travel, meetings, exhibitions, and executive schedules.
  7. Ensure accountability and performance across teams.
  8. Represent Keith Interiors professionally in meetings, client engagements, and industry events.


Ideal Candidate


  1. Background in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  3. Strong understanding of interior design, construction processes, materials, project cycles, and client management.
  4. Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  5. Highly organized, proactive, and capable of making sound decisions independently.
  6. Advanced computer skills and strong business acumen.
  7. Comfortable interacting with high net worth clients, consultants, contractors, and corporate organizations.


What We Are Looking For:

A confident professional who can comfortably move between the reception desk, boardroom, design studio, project site, client meeting, and executive office with equal effectiveness.
