Job Description/Requirements
Main Responsibilities:
Collect and organize company sales data, market research data and other relevant data sources.
Use data analysis tools and software for data modeling and visualization.
Analyze sales trends, customer behavior and market dynamics, and provide in-depth insights and recommendations.
Produce regular and special reports and provide data support to management and relevant departments.
Work with cross-departmental teams to understand business needs and provide data solutions.
Create and maintain databases to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Implement data quality control and data cleaning.
Support the sales team's decision-making process and provide real-time data analysis and recommendations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science, statistics, mathematics, economics or related fields.
At least 1 year of experience in data analysis or related work.
Proficient in data analysis tools (such as SQL, Excel) and familiar with data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI).
Have good statistical analysis skills and understand data modeling and predictive analysis techniques.
Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Have excellent communication skills and be able to explain complex data into simple and easy-to-understand information.
Detail-oriented, highly self-driven and team-oriented.
