Job Description/Requirements
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant / Admin Officer to join our dynamic team. This role is critical to the smooth running of our operations and is ideal for a self-driven individual who excels at multitasking and paying attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stock Reconciliation: Monitor, record, and reconcile inventory to ensure accuracy and support stock management processes.
- Bank Reconciliation: Track, verify, and reconcile financial transactions between bank statements and company records.
- Record Keeping: Maintain and organize both physical and digital filing systems for financial documents, reports, and administrative files.
- Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks including data entry, scheduling, correspondence management, and office coordination.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reconciliation reports and summaries for management review.
- Other Duties: Support other administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Key Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, stock management, and/or basic accounting.
- Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with accounting software is an added advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
