About the Role
The founder is deeply involved in all aspects of the business — from client relationships and event planning to staff oversight, class scheduling, and daily operations. She’s now looking for a true right-hand person. As her PA, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth coordination and execution of tasks across all business functions.
You’ll be responsible for coordination, communication, administration, logistics, and more. This is a dynamic role for someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, take initiative, and take ownership of outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the founder’s daily calendar and ensure deadlines are met
• Coordinate cooking classes, student enrollment, private event bookings, and inquiries
• Handle client communication via WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms
• Oversee basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and timely follow-ups
• Assist with staff coordination and ensure smooth scheduling and attendance
• Maintain order in the fast-paced calendar of classes, events, and kitchen prep
• Support social media content planning, student onboarding, and supply procurement
How Success Will Be Measured
• Efficient daily scheduling and task execution with minimal oversight
• Clear, professional communication with clients, staff, and external partners
• Proactive problem-solving and the ability to anticipate needs
• Streamlined operations and continuous improvements in workflow management
Qualifications & Skills
• 2–3 years’ experience in an administrative, operations, or personal assistant role
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
• Experience in hospitality, culinary, or event coordination is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with basic bookkeeping, invoicing, or scheduling tools is preferred
• Flexibility to work some evenings or weekends for events or classes
• Calm, adaptable, and solutions-oriented under pressure Preferred Qualifications
• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field
• OR equivalent hands-on experience in admin, logistics, or operations in a dynamic environment
