Job Description/Requirements
Administrative & Clerical Support
- Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, record keeping, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices, lease agreements, and other customer documents.
- Maintain organized records of vehicle inventories and client contracts.
- Respond to client inquiries and follow up on bookings and client requests.
Customer Service & Coordination
- Welcome walk-in customers and provide accurate information about available vehicles, rental terms, and pricing.
- Support the scheduling and coordination of vehicle booking and maintenance schedules.
- Communicate with clients professionally via phone and in person.
Driving & Vehicle Handling
- Drive company vehicles for servicing and inspections.
- Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and in good condition before and after use.
Marketing & Promotion Support
- Assist with simple marketing tasks taking photos of vehicles for promotions, and updating social media pages.
- Participate in marketing campaigns and field promotions when needed.
- Help maintain the company's online presence by supporting content updates, responding to inquiries, and engaging with customers on platforms like WhatsApp, Instagram, Tiktok or Facebook.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Minimum of a high school certificate. Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is an added advantage.
- Experience: 1 year in an office, customer service, or operations role. Previous experience in a transport, logistics, or car hire company is preferred.
- Driving License: A Valid driver’s license with a driving record is mandatory.
- Gender Preference: Male candidates are preferred due to the nature of driving and field-related.
Key Skills:
- Strong administrative and clerical skills

- Basic knowledge of marketing and social media usage
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
