Job summary

We are seeking to recruit business development officers (BDOs) who will play a key role in driving growth by acquiring new clients, identifying markets opportunities for audit, tax and advisory services.

Min Qualification: Bachelors Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 5 years

Job descriptions & requirements

Key Responsivities
  • Lead generations – Proactively identify new business opportunities, prospective clients and market trends to increase firm revenue.
  • Proposal development- Create, format and submit tailored proposals, expression of interests and tender documents for audit and consultant services.
  • Client relationship management-maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage retentions and identify cross-selling opportunities for other firms’ services
  • Marketing & Networking-Represent the firm at industry events, networking opportunities and professional forums
  • Market research- Analyze industry trends and competitors’ activities to refine firms competitive positioning

Skills
  • Strong written and verbal communications
  • Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel & Power point)
  • Tender management knowledge and networking ability

Experience
  • Proven 5 years solid experience in B2B business development, preferably in the service/ financial sector
  • Prior internship OR experience in audit, accounting firm will an added advantage

Education
  • Bachelor degree in business administration, marketing, accounting, finance or related filed
  • CPA(K) OR any professional qualification in the services/ Finance industry will be an added advantage.
