Job summary
We are seeking to recruit business development officers (BDOs) who will play a key role in driving growth by acquiring new clients, identifying markets opportunities for audit, tax and advisory services.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Lead generations – Proactively identify new business opportunities, prospective clients and market trends to increase firm revenue.
- Proposal development- Create, format and submit tailored proposals, expression of interests and tender documents for audit and consultant services.
- Client relationship management-maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage retentions and identify cross-selling opportunities for other firms’ services
- Marketing & Networking-Represent the firm at industry events, networking opportunities and professional forums
- Market research- Analyze industry trends and competitors’ activities to refine firms competitive positioning
- Strong written and verbal communications
- Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel & Power point)
- Tender management knowledge and networking ability
- Proven 5 years solid experience in B2B business development, preferably in the service/ financial sector
- Prior internship OR experience in audit, accounting firm will an added advantage
- Bachelor degree in business administration, marketing, accounting, finance or related filed
- CPA(K) OR any professional qualification in the services/ Finance industry will be an added advantage.
