• Disbursement Target
• Collections Target
• New Customer Targets
• Active Customer Targets
• Adherence to SOPs

• Reviewing open accounts for collection efforts
• Collect customer payments in accordance with payment due dates
• Customer service delivery.
• Knowing my customer and due diligence.
• Information desk.
• Administration duties.
