Key Responsibilities.
- Develop and implement country-specific commercial and sales strategies.
- Drive revenue growth through market expansion and portfolio penetration.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing sales and marketing teams.
- Establish effective sales structures, territory plans, and performance management systems.
- Oversee commercial operations, including inventory management, sales force effectiveness, and operational cost control.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, healthcare professionals, key accounts, and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, regulatory, supply chain, and regional teams to ensure successful execution of business plans.
- Support regulatory compliance, product registrations, and promotional approvals in line with local requirements.
Qualifications.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (BBA) or a related field.
- MBA will be an added advantage.
Experience.
- 10–12 years of commercial experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
- At least 5–6 years in sales management and business leadership roles.
- Proven track record of achieving sales growth and leading high-performing teams.
