Qualifications:

✅ Academic Qualifications

● Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Procurement, Accounting, or a related field.

● A Diploma in Technical Education (for TVET institutions) is an added advantage.

● Professional certifications such as CPA, CPS, CIFA, CHRP, or CIM are an added advantage depending on the specialization.

✅ Experience

● At least 2 years of teaching/training experience in a college or training institution.

● Industry experience in a business-related field is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, and teaching materials.

- Deliver theory and practical lessons to diploma & Certificate students.

- Assess students through assignments, practicals, tests, and examinations.

- Maintain students' academic records and progress reports.

- Supervise projects, industrial attachments, and practical activities.

- Participate in curriculum implementation and continuous improvement activities.

- Ensure adherence to safety standards in workshops and laboratories.
