Position Overview:
The Chief Nurse Officer/Nurse Administrator will provide strategic and operational leadership in the planning, development, and execution of nursing services across the healthcare group. This role will be key in enhancing nursing practice standards, improving patient outcomes, and ensuring excellence in quality care delivery and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, manage, and evaluate nursing services across all facilities to ensure high standards of patient care.
• Oversee nursing budgets, staffing plans, resource allocation, and departmental performance.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines that promote best nursing practices.
• Drive quality improvement programs and ensure adherence to national healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
• Mentor and support the professional development of nursing and clinical support staff.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership and interdisciplinary teams to optimize operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators related to clinical quality and nursing services.
• Foster a culture of compassion, accountability, teamwork, and excellence.
Requirements
Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field (mandatory)
• Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline (preferred)
• At least 3 years of progressive experience in healthcare administration and management
• Certification or demonstrated knowledge in Quality Management (an added advantage)
