Client Service Executive

Job Summary

The job holder will be responsible for delivering an outstanding Client Service and be able to handle all client’s inquiries, concerns and complaints professionally and collaborate with other departments to better address client needs while providing higher management with regular business, assignments updates and to identify new business opportunities through client referrals.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Interpreting and decoding clients’ brief

• Liaising with the client about project requirements and objectives

• Designing and advising clients on research methods such as total interviews and questionnaires needed

• Negotiating on behalf of the company the timelines and budgets for the project

• Overseeing the project delivery

• Writing proposals and reports

• Analyzing, translating, and presenting results

• Advising clients based on the insights and findings

Qualification and Experience

• Minimum of a Diploma from a recognized institution

• 2+ years of client management experience

Competencies and Skills Attributes

• Commercially orientated thinking

• Business development skills

• Consistent high performance in current role

• Experience in following and maintaining processes, procedures and tools

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
