The Salesperson drives engagement and sales by guiding product choices, handling walk-in, phone, and online enquiries, and maintaining digital interactions. The role ensures neat displays, accurate stock work, timely dispatch coordination, and delivers service with energy, discipline, and strong customer focus daily and care.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service & Sales Execution
- Engage walk-in customers, understand needs, recommend suitable products.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and comparative value.
- Maintain a customer-first approach in all interactions.
2. Digital Marketing & Online Engagement
- Create product photos, videos, and social media posts to drive visibility.
- Manage WhatsApp Business, Facebook, and Instagram enquiries.
- Convert online leads into sales and track conversions daily.
3. Retail Floor Management
- Arrange products neatly and maintain accurate price displays.
- Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving items and report trends.
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual presentation at all times.
4. Sales Documentation & Cash Handling
- Prepare sales receipts, update daily sales log, and hand over reports.
- Support payment confirmation and reconciliation with Finance/Admin.
5. Customer Follow-Up & After-Sales Support
- Track pending orders, deliveries, and customer collections.
- Provide customers with after-sales advice on usage and maintenance.
6. Inventory & Stock Coordination
- Conduct shelf counts, report shortages, and assist in stock rotations.
- Receive new stock and ensure proper labeling.
Qualifications
- · Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- · Prior retail sales experience in electronics or household appliances is strongly preferred.
- · Good understanding of electronic items (TVs, fridges, audio systems, microwaves, cookers, washing machines, etc.) and their basic functions.
- · Basic content creation skills for photos, videos, and digital marketing.
- · Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
- · Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment is an added advantage.
