Job descriptions & requirements
- Design and customize tour packages, itineraries, and safaris based on client preferences, budgets, travel seasons, and interests (e.g., wildlife safaris in Maasai Mara, cultural tours, beach extensions).
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing detailed quotations, recommendations, and tour briefings (including services booked, requirements, and general information).
- Manage bookings for accommodations, transportation, guided tours, flights, visas, and other travel services.
- Sell innovative tour packages through promotional techniques, market research, and sales strategies to meet targets.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers (hotels, lodges, airlines), and partners.
Resolve client complaints, handle unforeseen issues during travels, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare promotional materials, attend tourism conferences/trade shows, and stay updated on industry trends.
- Coordinate logistics such as airport transfers, pick-ups, and on-ground safari experiences.
- Maintain accurate client records, financial documents, and follow up on payments.
