Job Description/Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution. (Master’s degree in Education Management, Educational Leadership, or a related discipline is an added advantage.)
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in educational administration, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing tertiary institutions or training colleges.
  • In-depth understanding of KASNEB courses, including CPA, CIFA, and CS, and their accreditation requirements.
  • Familiarity with KNEC examination structures and standards.
  • Knowledge of ICT curricula, and the associated technological requirements.
  • Proficiency in managing and utilizing ICT systems within an educational setting.
  • Ability to oversee the integration of technology in teaching, learning, and administrative processes.
  • Experience in ensuring institutional compliance with educational regulations and quality assurance protocols.
