Job Description/Requirements
Location: Nairobi
Salary: KES 28,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to the set menu and quality standards
- Ensure food is served on time and meets customer expectations
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen at all times
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
- Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Suggest improvements to recipes or presentation when needed
Qualifications & Requirements
- Certificate or diploma in Food Production, Culinary Arts, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen
- Good knowledge of cooking techniques and food presentation
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Must have a valid Food Handling Certificate
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
