On behalf of our client, we're seeking to recruit a highly professional Food
& Beverage (F&B) Supervisor to support and oversee daily food and
beverage operations within a 5-star luxury hotel environment. The role is
responsible for supervising service teams, ensuring exceptional guest
experiences, maintaining service excellence standards, enforcing SOPs, and
supporting the F&B Manager in achieving operational efficiency, revenue
growth, and brand consistency.

ย ย โข Supervise daily F&B operations across restaurants, bars,
banquets, and lounges.
ย ย โข Lead, schedule, and motivate service staff to deliver exceptional
guest experiences.
ย ย โข Ensure service standards, SOPs, and luxury brand guidelines are
consistently followed.
ย ย โข Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service
flow.
ย ย โข Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests
professionally and promptly.
ย ย โข Support training, coaching, and performance management of F&B
staff.
ย ย โข Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service
delivery.
ย ย โข Oversee cash handling, POS procedures, and shift closures.
ย ย โข Monitor inventory usage, minimize wastage, and report variances.
ย ย โข Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and alcohol
service regulations.
ย ย โข Assist in planning and executing events, banquets, and special
functions.
ย ย โข Prepare shift, daily, and monthly operational reports as
required.

service, and guest etiquette.
ย ย โข Proven leadership and team supervision experience.
ย ย โข Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal
skills.
ย ย โข Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends,
and holidays.
ย ย โข Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
ย ย โข Knowledge of POS systems, inventory controls, and SOP compliance.
ย ย โข High level of professionalism, grooming, and service excellence
