Job Description:
1. Coaching and leading a team in sales and marketing and ensure the goals and objectives of the company are achieved.
2. Identifying, establishing and maintaining new business opportunities.
3. Maintaining a detailed and organized sales and marketing report, constantly using the report to conduct relevant research and using the results in strategic planning geared towards improving overall performance.
4. Prudent use of companies resources for maximum returns.
5. Ensure availability and visibility of company products in all major wholesalers, Retailers and hospitals.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in any biological science.
- Good command in science.
-At least 3 years experience as a medical representative, management experience will be an added advantage.
-Experience in launching a product will be a great advantage.
-Have a strong network in pharmaceutical industry.
-Good communication and marketing skills
-Be a person with integrity
