About the Company

Our client, a Kenyan lifestyle brand and creative community focused on artisanal and bespoke outerwear, jewelry and accessories is looking to hire a Customer service executive.

Role Summary

We seek to hire a self-motivated and efficient Customer service Executive to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent services

Responsibilities

• To liaise with customer/supplier and in-house team.
• To work closely with ops to work on realistic and smooth operations and maintain timelines.
• To manage people and timelines in order to achieve deliverables with accountability and ownership.
• Listen to customers’ concerns, issues, and questions
• Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to the best ability.
• Take ownership of what they are telling the customers, the teams, and the suppliers.
• Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers & suppliers with utmost professionalism.
• Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in relevant field.
• 3 -5 years of experience preferably in the travel industry
• Experience managing people
• Excellent digital marketing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal Communication skills.
• Should have excellent negotiations skills
• Should have a positive attitude
• Should be flexible and open to correction
• Excellent Customer Service, Customer Relationship, and Interpersonal Skills.
