Key Duties:


Handle client inquiries via calls, emails & walk‑ins


Maintain accurate client records & follow‑ups


Support property viewings, bookings & onboarding


Resolve customer concerns & escalate issues when needed


Ensure excellent customer experience aligned with company standards


Requirements:


Diploma/Degree in Customer Care or related field


Minimum 2–3 years’ customer service experience (real estate preferred)


Excellent communication & interpersonal skills


Problem‑solving mindset & client‑focused attitude
