Job Description/Requirements
· Attending to all new orders posted by clients.
· Attending to customers calling for inquiries and explanation of product usage.
· Monitoring and improving the performance of client accounts.
· Doing thorough recaps and follow ups of pending orders.
· Ensuring all orders are updated accurately and all details captured before uploading is done.
· Working on orders to ensure all orders given by the clients are closed on a monthly basis. No Pending order should last more than three weeks.
· Following up with the operations regarding dispatched orders with no delivery update within 7 days.
· Maintaining constant communication on challenges faced with the various accounts.
· Following the policies set for the call center department.
· Any other duties that may be assigned to you under this contract of employment
