Job Description
•    Provide support and solutions to customers under the company’s business rules and vision.
•    Interacts with customers effectively and efficiently via phone calls and social media channels.
•    Provides answers to customers’ inquiries in various communication channels regarding order status.
•    Educate customers about the company’s products and services
•    Must be able to work daily shift as scheduled by the company

Qualifications

•    BSC and above; 3 Years of experience in customer service position
•    Work under pressure and self-management capacity
•    Customer satisfaction -oriented attitude and capability
•    Computer skills, especially for office suits
