About Stockflow
Stockflow is the inventory and sales system built for Kenyan shops — helping retailers track every sale, see their real profit, and stop theft, all from their phone. We're live at stockflowkenya.com and on a clear mission: every serious shop owner in Kenya runs Stockflow.
The Role
Own the customer experience. You'll be the friendly human behind Stockflow — guiding every new shop owner from sign-up to "I can't run my shop without this," driving them to activate, and turning free trials into loyal paying subscribers.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in customer-facing work — customer success, customer service, onboarding, front-office, or tele-sales. We need someone who can step in and lift our customer experience from day one.
- Genuinely warm, patient, and organised. You follow up on time, every time, and nothing falls through the cracks.
- Excellent communication, fluent in English and Kiswahili, with clear, professional written WhatsApp messaging.
- A diploma or degree is required.
- Smartphone- and app-savvy — comfortable learning software well enough to teach it to others.
What We Offer
- KES 30,000–40,000/mo (gross), reviewable on performance.

- 3-month probation. Onsite — Westlands, Nairobi.
