Devops Intern.

Location: Juja, Kenya 

Starting Pay: Kshs. 25,000

Responsibilities: 

• Develop, maintain, and debug high-quality Python code 
  
• Collaborate with developers to design and implement new features 
  
• Work with product managers to translate user requirements into solutions 
  
• Manage Kubernetes clusters, including installation, upgrades, and resource allocation Maintain and monitor server infrastructure to ensure 99.99% uptime 
  
• Implement and manage backup, disaster recovery, and security best practices Create automation scripts for deployments and routine operational tasks 
  
• Set up, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines 
  
• Monitor, optimize, and control system performance, cloud resources, and costs

Qualifications: 

•  Proven experience (1 year) in customer service or support. 
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service. 
• Strong interpersonal skills. 
  
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills 
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work 24/7 with one day off in the week(night and day shift).
  
• Strong desire to grow technical skills 
  
• The ideal candidate should be willing to provide onsite support and be available outside regular working hours to address any urgent deliverables, issues or downtimes 
  
•  Able to perform other roles as assigned
