We are hiring a results-driven Digital Customer Experience Officer to manage tenant relations, collections, and service coordination for residential properties. JOB TITLE: Digital Customer Experience Officer (D-CEO)
- Manage tenant communication and resolve issues promptly
- Drive 100% rent and utility collections
- Follow up on arrears and coordinate disconnections where necessary
- Log, assign, and track issues via CRM (Zoho)
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs
- Monitor property operations remotely and escalate issues
- Maintain accurate daily and weekly reports
- Diploma/Degree in Business, HR, or related field
- Experience in customer care or property management preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Tech-savvy (CRM systems is an added advantage)
- Highly organized and accountable
- KPIs 100% collections by 27th of every month
- CSAT ≥ 4.5/5 Zero overdue tickets 95% SLA adherence
