1. Main purpose of the position:
To support and optimize our organization's digital marketing strategy and content publication across all assets.

3. Key responsibilities:
a) Execute the approved digital marketing activities for multiple online platforms.
b) Track and update progress on the digital marketing action plan.
c) Report on performance of the Ecommerce platform with recommendations & feedback on areas of improvement.
d) Liaise with the Ecommerce developers to ensure timely updates on the website on product, stocks, price etc.
e) Liaise with the digital communication manager and brand managers to ensure alignment of Ecommerce & other digital marketing activities to the broader marketing strategies & objectives.
f) Collaborate with the appointed digital advertising agency & other partners to ensure alignment of brand communication messages.
g) Optimize user experience and consumer trends to ensure proactiveness resulting in lead generation and increased online market share.
h) Research on emerging technologies and provide perspective for adoption where appropriate.
i) Update and ensure smooth operations of all digital tools & applications (Websites, Blogs, Social media) to ensure continued brand presence.
j) Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI & KPI’s).
k) Monitor competition and gather online market insights.
l) Gather analytics to collate relevant data in order to produce reports & dashboards on SWOT.

i. Minimum academic qualification: Bachelor Degree in Marketing/ Business Management or equivalent;
