Key Responsibilities
* Manage and optimize product listings across major e-retailer platforms.
* Oversee digital campaigns including social media ads, marketplace promotions, and email marketing.
* Upload, categorize, and maintain product SKUs while ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
* Implement marketplace SEO strategies to improve visibility and conversions.
* Analyze sales reports, traffic data, and campaign performance to make data-driven decisions.
* Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operational workflow.
* Manage website updates, landing pages, and user experience improvements.
* Lead brand awareness initiatives and ensure consistency across all digital channels.
* Train and guide junior staff or interns when required.
Requirements
* Diploma or Degree in IT, Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, or related field.
* At least 2–3 years of proven experience working with major e-commerce/e-retailer platforms.
* Strong knowledge of online marketplace operations, listing optimization, digital marketing strategies, and customer engagement.
* Hands-on experience with digital advertising tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
* Proficient in graphic design or content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop – added advantage).
* Strong analytical and reporting skills.
* Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work with minimal supervision.
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
