We are looking to employ a driven Direct Sales Representative to introduce our client products to potential corporates and close sales. The Direct Sales Representative’s responsibilities include researching competing products, identifying opportunities to increase sales, and assisting in the development and execution of sales and marketing plans. You should also be able to answer customers’ questions regarding product pricing, availability, features, and benefits.
This position is on a competitive commission basis with a monthly retainer pegged on performance against set targets.
The Ideal Candidates should be ready to be engaged and start immediately after product training.
• Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly sales quotas
• Canvasing assigned territories to present company products to potential Corporates
• Demonstrating product features to customers
• Contacting leads and setting up appointments to present company products
• Completing and submitting order forms for processing
• Preparing sales proposals for potential buyers
• Completing regular sales reports specifying number of sales made and pipeline ageing
• Post High School Diploma / degree – Marketing, business Admin or related field
