Summary

Our client is a Collection company is looking for field

agent to provide vital support to Collection and Marketing Department.

Key Responsibilities

·         Review loan requests

·         Assess client’s financial status

·         Evaluate creditworthiness and risks

·         Contact clients to gather financial data and documentation.

·         Analyze risks and approve or reject loan requests.

·         Calculate financial ratios (e.g. credit scores and interest rates)

·         Set up payment plans

·         Maintain updated records of loan applications.

·         Follow up with clients about loan renewals

·         Monitor progress of existing loans.

·         Any other assigned duties.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Communications, Customer Service Management, or a related field (preferred).

• Experience:

1.          2-3 years of experience in marketing and collection

2.          Experience in a call center is an added advantage

• Technical Skills:

1.          Familiarity with call monitoring tools.

2.          Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Soft Skills:

1.          Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

2.          Excellent communication and negotiation skill

3.          Basic knowledge of financial transactions and collection processes

4.          Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams.

5.          Self-motivated and goal oriented

6.          Ability to persuade
