Job Description/Requirements
Respond to customer inquiries via calls, SMS, WhatsApp, live chat, and email.2.Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.3.Provide timely updates, assist with account queries, and guide customers throughbetting/casino processes.4.Maintain accurate customer records in internal systems.5.Escalate complex cases to the relevant departments.6.Prepare basic daily or weekly reports on customer feedback and trends.
