Our client, a rapidly growing retail and e-commerce brand offering a wide range of women’s, men’s, and kids’ fashion, beauty, cosmetics, wigs, and accessories, is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations & Fulfillment Associate.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment & Packaging
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders according to premium packaging standards.
- Verify order accuracy before dispatch to minimize errors and returns.
- Coordinate with delivery partners and riders to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
Customer Engagement & Support
- Handle customer chats and DMs on WhatsApp, Instagram, and the website chat portal.
- Provide warm, prompt, and professional responses to inquiries and delivery follow-ups.
- Send order confirmations, receipts, and post-purchase messages (e.g., “Thank you for your order”).
Inventory Management & Supplier Coordination
- Update inventory records daily and monitor low-stock levels.
- Contact suppliers to confirm availability, delivery timelines, and resolve discrepancies.
- Track inbound shipments and coordinate with shipping agents for timely deliveries.
- Conduct basic quality checks on new stock arrivals.
Operations & Website Oversight
- Review the website daily to ensure product listings, photos, prices, and descriptions are accurate and live.
- Flag missing content or technical issues promptly.
- Ensure new items are uploaded correctly and on time.
- Maintain records of fulfillment activities, delivery logs, and order status updates.
Additional Responsibilities
- Prepare weekly fulfillment reports (orders processed, delivery performance, inventory updates).
- Support marketing team during new product launches by ensuring product readiness online.
- Suggest improvements to enhance efficiency of fulfillment and logistics workflows.
- Coordinate across departments — marketing, tech, suppliers, customers, and riders — to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce operations, or customer service is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Google Sheets/Excel.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) and customer-facing skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving start-up environment.
