Job Description/Requirements
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues where necessary, providing detailed daily reports on customer engagement and feedback.
• Develop, manage, and optimize the company’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create engaging social media campaigns, define KPIs, and analyze their effectiveness based on the target market and expected outcomes.
• Design and publish creative social media content, including graphics, videos, and posts, in a timely manner.
• Engage with followers, customers, and users on social media to strengthen brand trust and community, monitoring customer feedback.
• Create and oversee the production of graphics, creative concepts, and written content for social.
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Communications or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in logistics, clearing, or forwarding
• Demonstrated experience in customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
