Field Sales Representative - Automotive Insurance and Vehicle Repair

Your Role

The company is in search of a dynamic and results-driven individual to occupy the Field Sales Representative position. The main responsibility of this role is to promote The company's services to potential and existing customers. You will primarily concentrate on building solid connections with companies to ensure our inclusion in their insurance panels for accident repair work, if they are an insurance provider, or to become their preferred provider for vehicle fleet repair needs if they are a fleet managing organization.

Your Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Manager you will work in a creative and fast-paced environment supporting day-to-day sales operations. Among others, your responsibilities will include the following:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities from automotive insurance companies playing a key role in ensuring we are placed on their panels for accident repair work.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities from organizations with vehicle fleets ensuring we are placed as their select vehicle repairer.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and support.
• Follow up with organizations on balances owned on services rendered.
• Conduct service value demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
• Negotiate and close sales deals with customers to achieve sales targets.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and competitors.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, including customer feedback and market insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Attend trade shows and events to promote our vehicle services.
• Other duties, as assigned.

Requirements and Skills

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Flexibility to travel as required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
