Job Summary

The Finance and Administration Officer will be responsible for leading, managing, tracking and reporting on financial management and tracking of activities

Job Description/Requirements

Salary: KShs. 50,000

Duties & Responsibility

Finance

• Assisting in coming up with quarterly and Yearly budgets
• Monitoring of Expenditure vis a vis Income
• Ensuring that the operational plan adheres to the laid down budget
• In charge of petty cash
• Assisting the top leadership in adhering to Regulatory and Compliance expectations i.e Tax related issues
• Undertake debt collection

Administration
• In charge of Housing unit allocation
• Ensuring that all client documents are filed appropriately
• Supervise all operations Department staff
• Coordinate Site Visits for clients
• Assist in initial preparation of letters of offer in liaison with relevant parties
• Compilation of operation data to assist in decision Making
• Preparation and ensuring that Company events are successful
• Allocating of tasks and supervision of Support staff
• Performs other related administrative duties, as required (e.g., operational travel programme, monitoring accounts and payment to vendors and individual contractors for services, physical space planning and the identification of office technology needs and maintenance of equipment, software and system
• In charge of Filing and Documentation
• Render quality customer care to clients, suppliers, visitors in a timely and professional manner
• In charge of Leads Management

Requirements
• Excellent excel and Microsoft office skills is a must, especially for functions relevant to financial management and accounting
• Excellent Quick Books expertise will be considered an asset
• Must be conversant with financial and accounting terminology
• Excellent communication skills in English language
• Good time management skills and ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Superb customer service skills – must be able to work effectively with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds and technical expertisee
• Must be dynamic and take initiative
• Must be a team player

Qualification
• Bachelor Degree in Business Management or related areas
• Graduate in Certified Public Accountant/Certified Public Secretary
• 2 Years working experience in similar or related role
