We are a Building Contractor that guarantees top-of-the-class quality construction results at a very competitive and affordable cost.Salary Range ; KSh 50, – KSh ,/month We are seeking to hire Finance AssistantsDuties and Responsibilities: Processing payments to suppliersReconcile invoices and identify discrepanciesFiling of NSSF, NHIF & PAYE for all the employeesAccurate computation of taxes owed and preparation of tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirementsBank & Cash reconciliationsAdminister and review all financial plans and budgets; monitor progress and changesCreate and update expense reportsUpdate and implement all necessary business policies and accounting practices; improve the finance department’s overall policy and procedure manual.Issue invoices to customers and external partners as requiredPrepare Comprehensive Contract & stock reconciliationsReview and file payroll documentsAsset ManagementGenerating purchase orders Minimum job qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor degree preferably in Accounting, BA or related fieldProfessional Accounting qualification, CPA- 4 and aboveExperience in using Accounting Software such as QuickBooksAt least 3 years of overall professional experienceVery proficient in Microsoft officeA team playerExcellent communication and relationship building skillsExperience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage
