Our Client in the FMCG industry based on Mombasa Road is looking for a Fleet and Logistics Co-ordinator.

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
•    Maintain Diesel Stocks
•    Handling Fueling for all vehicles as well as Mileage Monitoring
•    Vehicle Service Management
•    Maintain Spare part stocks, costing and Monitoring
•    Handle Breakdown Management
•    Data Entry of all records on MS Excel, Counterf books and SAGE ERP System
•    Monthly reporting system to be sent to the director

Personal Qualities
•    Honest, Hardworking, Self Motivated and Critical Thinker
•    Age 35-48 Years
•    Nationality - Kenyan

•    Ensuring no descrepancies or delays occour
•    All documentation is updated and maintained professionally
•    Efficient and Fast tracked Fleet Sop

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
•    Degree in Logistics or Accounting or working towards it
•    Well written and spoken English and Kiswahili
•    2+ Years in a logistics Role
•    Experience in the transportation industry
•    Outstanding organisational skills
•    Analytical Mindset and good problem solving skills
•    Quantitative Ability
•    Attention to detail
•    Exceptional Interpersonal skills

Salary KES 80,000 – 100,000 Gross dependent on experience.
