Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the lounge, restaurant, and coffee bar.
Ensure smooth service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Oversee staff schedules, attendance, discipline, and performance management.
Monitor sales, prepare daily performance reports, and ensure accountability of cash and stock.
Maintain hygiene, ambiance, and operational efficiency across all sections.
Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.
Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Liaise with kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure quality and consistency.
Required Specifications:
Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality, food & beverage, or similar environments.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Knowledge of health, safety, and licensing regulations in hospitality.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
