German Language Trainer/Tutor

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging German language training sessions for adult learners.
• Develop customized lesson plans, course materials, and assessments aligned with learners’ goals (e.g., Goethe, OSD) for professional/workplace communication).
• Utilize interactive and immersive teaching methodologies to enhance language acquisition.
• Provide guidance on pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and conversational skills.
• Conduct periodic assessments and provide constructive feedback to learners.
• Prepare learners for language proficiency exams and workplace communication.
• Track and report students' progress, attendance, and engagement levels.
• Adapt teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning styles and proficiency levels.
• Stay updated on best practices in language instruction and integrate technology into teaching.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in German, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
• Certification in teaching German as a foreign language is an added advantage
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching German
• Excellent command of the German language (C1/C2 level proficiency required).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use digital tools for online or blended learning.
• Passion for teaching and helping learners achieve their language goals.
