Job summary
As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you will support healthcare facilities, four our client based in Ruiru, by ensuring imaging equipment operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires technical competence, adaptability, ownership, and a strong customer focus within a dynamic start-up environment.

Key Responsibilities
· Assist in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of medical imaging equipment in hospitals and healthcare facilities.
· Support compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and quality assurance requirements.
· Train clinicians and hospital staff on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.
· Participate in investigating equipment-related incidents and conducting root cause analysis to enhance patient safety.
· Contribute to cost-effectiveness evaluations and service contract support.
· Assist in reviewing technical drawings and diagnostic room setup requirements.
· Prepare service reports and technical documentation.
· Support pre-sales activities, cross-selling, and upselling initiatives where applicable.
Qualifications & Experience
· Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Mechatronics Engineering/ Biomedical Engineering
● Minimum 3 months’ industrial attachment/work placement in a relevant technical environment.
