- Identify and penetrate new global markets for company products.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic export partnerships and contracts.
- Set and achieve international sales targets and performance objectives.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with international distributors, importers, and food manufacturers.
- Conduct market research to assess demand, pricing, and competition in target regions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of international clients and partners.
- Represent the company in global trade fairs, exhibitions, and business forums.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international buyers, distributors, and key accounts.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and trade agreements with global partners.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention in export markets.
- Manage key strategic accounts across multiple regions.
- Oversee all export processes including shipping, logistics coordination, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and country-specific export requirements.
- Work closely with logistics, supply chain, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth delivery of goods.
- Manage Incoterms, customs documentation, and export compliance requirements.
- Lead and coordinate export sales teams (if applicable).
- Align internal departments (production, quality, logistics) with export requirements.
- Provide leadership in pricing strategies and international contract negotiations.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Analyze global market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior.
- Provide insights and recommendations to guide strategic decision-making.
- Prepare regular export sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Track international sales performance against targets.
- Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in export sales or international business development.
- Proven experience selling internationally in FMCG, food ingredients, agricultural commodities, or food processing industries.
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and export documentation.
- Experience working with distributors, importers, and food manufacturers in global markets.
- Strong international sales and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of global trade and export processes.
