Teacher Reliever - Lower Primary School

Professionalism: Participate in school programs, meetings, and professional development; maintain credentials.

Learning Environment: Use positive guidance; establish routines; encourage student independence;organize the classroom for CBC; maintain a safe environment; display student work.

Curriculum & Instruction: Balance activities; implement curriculum; design diverse learning experiences; submit Teacher Professional Documents; support student needs; participate in curriculum development.

Assessment & Student Progress: Conduct assessments; engage in observations; use assessment data; meet with parents; develop effective assessments.

Specific Duties as a Teacher Reliever:

Assume the responsibilities of the regular classroom teacher during their absence.

Follow the lesson plans provided by the regular teacher.

Adapt and deliver instruction in a manner that is effective and engaging for students.

Maintain classroom management and discipline.

Provide feedback to the regular teacher on student progress and any issues that may arise.

Supervise students during non-instructional time, as needed.

Communicate with parents as necessary and appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma in Teaching.
• Graduated within the last 24 months.
• One year of experience with the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC).
• Strong academic record.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn.
