Job Description/Requirements

a. Qualifications: PTE (P1) / Diploma CBC / Degree in Primary Education
b. Experience: Minimum 5 years teaching, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (Head of Department, Deputy Head, or Head Teacher)
c. TSC Registration a MUST
d. Skills:
i. Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills
ii. High level of accuracy
iii. Ability to maintain confidence
iv. High levels of integrity
v. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
vi. Experience resolving conflicts
vii. Excellent leadership skills
