Job Summary
We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Head Teacher to provide visionary leadership and effective management of the institution.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing academic excellence, staff management, student discipline, and overall school administration while upholding strong Christian values.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the school in line with its vision and mission
• Oversee academic programs to ensure high standards of teaching and learning
• Supervise and evaluate teachers and non-teaching staff performance
• Ensure discipline and a positive learning environment for students
• Manage school resources, budgeting, and administration efficiently
• Foster strong relationships with parents, the Board of Management, and stakeholders
• Integrate Christian values and spiritual development into the school culture
• Ensure compliance with Ministry of Education and TSC regulations
• Promote the use of technology in teaching, learning, and administration
Mandatory Requirements
• P1 teacher registration or Primary Teacher Certificate
Born-again Christian with a strong commitment to Christian values and ethos
• Bachelor of Arts in Education (B.A. Education) or equivalent
• Must be TSC registered
• At least 5 years’ experience as a Head of Institution or in a senior leadership role
• Strong understanding and application of educational leadership and management
