Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets within the HORECA channel.
* Identify, approach, and onboard new hotels, restaurants, and café clients.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement officers, chefs, and F&B managers.
* Promote Milly Fruits products and ensure consistent supply and visibility.
* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements.
* Monitor competitor activities and market trends for new opportunities.
* Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and market feedback.
* Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and excellent service.
Qualifications & Experience
* Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
* 2–4 years’ experience in FMCG or food service sales, preferably within the HORECA segment.
* Strong business development and relationship management skills.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
* A valid driving license is an added advantage.
