What You Will Do
- Prospect, engage and close advertising
contracts with businesses across Nairobi and beyond
- Sell 30-second digital billboard advertising slots to business owners,
marketing managers and decision-makers
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline through cold calling, cold emailing,
networking, referrals and proactive outreach
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and ROI-focused pitches
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms professionally
- Maintain accurate pipeline and follow-up records
- Develop long-term client relationships to drive renewals and recurring
revenue
- Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and slot occupancy targets

- Proven B2B sales experience with
measurable results

- Ability to independently close deals
- Resilience in a high-volume outbound sales environment
- Strong verbal communication and professional presentation skills
- Comfort discussing budgets, pricing and commercial terms
