Job Description/Requirements
Location: Nairobi
Salary: KES 25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Present menus and assist guests with recommendations
- Coordinate with waitstaff to ensure smooth service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints polite
- Assist with event setups and special dining arrangements
Qualifications & Requirements
- Certificate or diploma in Hospitality or Customer Service
- 2–3 years of experience in a reputable hotel or restaurant
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Smart, confident, and well-groomed appearance
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Basic computer skills for handling bookings and guest records
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
