Job Description/Requirements
Perform nightly audits of hotel financial transactions and daily reports.
Reconcile guest folios and balance room charges, payments, and taxes.
Monitor front desk operations including check-ins/check-outs during night hours.
Generate daily revenue and occupancy reports for management.
Ensure the lobby and front desk are secure and clean.
Respond to guest requests, complaints, or emergencies during the night shift.
Collaborate with security and housekeeping when necessary.
Operate property management systems and maintain confidential financial information.
