Job Description/Requirements
Position: Hotel Supervisor
Location: Kirinyanga
Salary: Ksh 30,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure smooth functioning across departments
- Supervise housekeeping, front desk, and kitchen teams to maintain high service standards
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and coordinate with vendors
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Prepare daily reports and assist in budgeting and cost control
Qualifications & Requirements
- Male candidate aged between 28–45 years
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, POS systems)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kirinyanga
