Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping & Laundry Attendant to join our team in a 3-star hotel. The ideal candidate will work across both housekeeping and laundry departments, ensuring cleanliness, order, and guest satisfaction at all times. Male candidates are preferred, but the role is open to both men and women.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
• Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas in line with hotel standards.
• Handle laundry operations including washing, drying, ironing, folding, and organizing linens and guest items.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly.
• Ensure proper use and care of cleaning equipment and detergents.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned work areas at all times.
• Support the housekeeping team in ensuring quick room turnovers for new guests.
• Uphold hotel standards of hospitality and provide excellent service to guests.
• Work collaboratively across housekeeping and laundry as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
• Minimum of a Diploma in Hospitality, Housekeeping, or related field.
• At least 1–2 years’ experience in housekeeping or laundry operations, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Ability to multitask and switch between housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Physical stamina and ability to work on feet for long hours.
• Must be available on Sundays and willing to work flexible shifts.
• High level of integrity and customer service orientation.
Work Schedule
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexibility as required.
